NEVER AGAIN! I came in there on my lunch break. I tried ordering a RICE, CHEESE and BEAN burrito and one of the girls said that they weren't able to make that unless it's a kids meal. I said that's fine and I also added a cheese tamale. After I paid I'm waiting for my to go order and 25 minutes pass by and nothing! So I go up to one of the girls and ask if my order was ready she said it was and she'd be right back. She comes back to tell me that they do NOT have cheese tamales currently, AFTER WAITING FOR 25 MINUTES and AFTER I HAVE PURCHASED IT. She asked to switch it out for another thing, but I'm a vegetarian so I said I wouldn't be able to eat anything else. She then hands me the burrito that's only filled with beans and rice. I ask another girl " You guys can't put the rice inside the burrito?" and she said yes I then replied "Well that girl told me you guys couldn't unless it was a kids meal and you failed to do that." And the girl apologized for the other girls mistake and gave me a full refund, then had told the other girl to tell the cook to make me 2 large bean, rice and cheese burritos. I told her to forget it that I'm not waiting another 25 minutes and I had to return back to work. Overall horrible service, the waitresses are not on the same page and bad attitude. I ordered with them through Uber eats, My order consists of x1 Chile relleno plate, 2 asada tacos and 1 fountain drink. The fountain drink was really small it was 4 bucks, had a lot of ice and very little Pepsi (about less than a cans worth). If that wasn't sad enough, the Chile relleno was a sloppy greesy mess, the breading or outer part wasn't even cooked and chille had no heat with very little cheese. The only thing good was the tacos, tho small and street style they were good! Maybe that's what they're best at! But my recommendation is don't order them through Uber eats, Or just go else where. Been going here for over a year and it has been a battle since day one. Inconsistent burritos. Subpar until I say something, then good for awhile until recently. Took back a burrito for lack of meat, more rice and beans. They remade it the same way. Waited for a week and a half, went back and it was good. Then Wednesday had a burrito that was horrible!
