My mom and I went in for lunch on a Thursday. We decided on 2 lunch specials based on their menu standing on the counter, in 2 different places. Personal up to 4 topping pizza, salad and a drink for $10.99. It took the woman at the register 4 minutes to even figure out how to input our order into the computer. She asked our name and if we were eating in, then 4 minutes of silence while she fiddled with her register. She finally asks us what we want, we begin to order. She stops us 3 times to confirm what we want. She then tells us it's not a salad bar included with our meal, but a pre-made salad. We both wanted the salad bar. She told us that was the lunch special #5, which wasn't even on the menu. She then points to a piece of paper taped to the counter top and says those are the lunch specials. Well the one she's telling us we have to get is only a 1 topping pizza, while my mom wanted 3 toppings. My mom asked if she could get the #3 and upgrade to a salad bar. She was told no, they can't do that. We were then told we would have to do the 1 topping and just add extra toppings. She says it'll add about 50 cents for the extra toppings. Well it added $4. She gives our total, asks if we want ranch for our salads, we say yes. She hands us the salad plates, no range. We mention the sodas and she says that special doesn't come with sodas and it's $1 extra. I tell her maybe she should remove the menus that are standing on the counter if they're not correct. She said it wasn't her decision. We pay for 2 sodas. She still doesn't give us ranch. She then tells us our lunch special is only allowed 1 trip to the salad bar. It took 10 minutes to order 2 lunch specials. After we get our salads I go back to the register to get our ranch, as there's none at the salad bar. She acted very inconvenienced. I don't mind if they switch up the lunch specials and change the prices, but you can't have 2 things on the counter saying 2 different prices for the same thing, and just pick the more expensive one and say we're out of luck. Read moreINSPECT YOUR PIZZA BEFORE ACCEPTING! We’ve been customers of this location for 25+ yrs and have noticed it’s quality and service is in a steep decline. Our last order was the last straw. The pizza was uneatable. The crust was burnt, the few toppings only lightly covered 2/3 of the pizza , the ham was as tough as jerky and the pizza was cold. The delivery driver left it directly in front of the outward swinging screen door and did not ring the bell. (Our Ring Doorbell notified us of his arrival) I contacted the store manager who did say they would “remake” the order but after already waiting an hour and a half for delivery I’d already started making something else for the family after opening the box and was not looking for a remake pizza. I really hope the restaurant owner and manager addresses these issues but after reading previous customer reviews and the manager’s replies I see this has been an on going issue for sometime now with no positive resolution. Sad to see.

We order online so I can pick up after work.
Usually on wed or Thursdays.
Every time I walk in it’s not busy and that why we order at this time.
So we love this place and we love the pizza.
My review is a suggestion and hopefully someone hears it and makes a change.
Last time we ordered our pizza online to be ready at 330. I try to get there early because I don’t like the pizza waiting for me. I like to wait for the pizza.
Last time I got there early like 20 min early and our pizza was already done (not good) and waiting in the warmer.
If someone asked for the pizza to be ready at 330 pm that means 330PM NOT 310pm
It’s not worth losing a customer because people Want to get ahead or are bored they need something to do.
Please stick with the scheduled time not after and definitely not before…
