Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Modesto

Is there a 0 stars here this place needs a lot of work to get the orders on time and fresh i came here on 6/15/23 at 9 :38:37 p my order came up to $51:31 I ordered 4 spicy chez chicken and a home style I told the girl that I wanted the homestulyle with the dif bread .I got home and find my burger just rolled with lettuce.and cold really dissatisfied about it .i live about 7 min from there had to come to the store and get my order rigth .I show up in the front door they were just chilling there .a girl came out with that face like .WTH he wants .I explained the situation they. I told her I want my order fresh and rigth and dident take more then 4 min to give my order .I really did wrong and dident check my order I got home bread was hot fresh but the chicken inside was hell nasty really hard from inside and looked old I think they putted the same nasty chicken very disappointed i don’t think I would recommend someone coming here .or mybe was the crew that don’t know how to process foods or timing of foods .plus the guy serving the fries did not use gloves to serve fries ,management should work on this .so u got the service rigth I asked my famili abt the other burgers my wife said is a waste of time and money .next time I’ll make my own burgers and not going...

Don’t read these reviews, real the ones on yelp for this location, based on my experience they seem to be much more accurate. I should have believed them but I gave this location the benefit of the doubt. So first, they didn’t have any sprite. Annoying but whatever I guess. Then they didn’t have ranch….THEE sauce. (Seems like they are always running out of things based on the reviews so be prepared to get ur food not how u want it) Half of my fries were crusty bottom of the basket fries. I asked to substitute a taco (cuz ew) from the munchie meal by upgrading the fry from a medium to a large but they don’t do substitutions. The chicken for the snoops munchie meal was really over cooked as well. Only ate like 1/4 of my meal & just took a loss on the rest. Waste of money. idk if snoops munchie meal is just overrated or this location sucks at cooking their food properly & being able to give the customer what they pay for or a combo of both but this will be the last time I ever eat at Jack in the box in...

LOL Order a breakfast Platter, NO Drink. She comes out the window with an Orange Juice and tells me $8.95 When I ask for what I am told for a jumbo jack meal with an OJ. I say: That must be for the car behind me. Her reply . . I ASKED YOU IF YOUR ORDER WAS CORRECT. Well its not. I replied. She slams the window and a manager comes over and proceeds to tell me I ordered a jumbo jack. Not once trying to correct the order. Well since I am paying for the meal. Its not a grab bag where you give me what ever is available. I waited 8 1/2 minutes in line for a breakfast. Not lunch. Not paying for the meal. I was told to kiss the managers but. REALLY ? Customer service is definitely lacking here. Especially when you catch them trying to give you the wrong food. I don't know if the speaker in the drive thru does not work well.
