We hardly ever get Little Caesars so for us to go in and have an iffy experience really sucks maybe a manager or owner will read it and make some changes. First complaint or mention I called place an order they said 10 minutes which was fine. We got there six minutes after ordering paid and waited which is no big deal but we ended up waiting another 10 to 15 minutes. Secondly, Customer service here is horrible. I get there a bunch of teenagers but come on is key when working and customer service as well. Say hello to people who walk in ask if everybody has been helped. Something, It’s just weird and cold in there like everybody’s a robot. Then, is that one we got order and we opened up the box which I guess it’s common sense check yourself before you leave always anywhere you go but our order “ cheese and herb puffs” It’s supposed to come with four and it came with three. There was also the number three in parentheses on our tag, which I didn’t understand and when I called to ask about it, they said that they would remake them. I was waiting for my order of sushi and I told him I would be there right after and they said they had some already made mind my 10 year old son was hungry and so was I and we had already been waiting so yeah I let him eat them. I did come in with the box and I did let them know and I asked why 3 Was on the box they said that’s the name of the puffs which it’s not online it doesn’t and then they said well since you ate them we can’t give you another one. Which was fine I just, annoying hut Im not one to blow things up. I did let them know that if they had a managers someone there you know communication needs to be clear on the phone because when I came in and said, I called the person in the front didn’t even know I called or what I was talking about. Also, when I called, they probably should have said bring in the order most pizza places Just let you order and fix your order or as long as you brought in the box which I did which I guess it’s little Caesars so...
Read moreBought a few pizzas and bread sticks. On one of the combo pizzas slices had a rock in the pizza and when I bit into it, I broke my tooth. I when to the dentist and called little caesars and the owners avoided me for two weeks. Then finally I get a phone call from a guy that claimed to be the owner. Same guy i explained the issue the day that I broke my tooth. He called me because I made a claim with their eight hundred number. He then asked me what I want to do about it after I explain what had happened with my tooth with the pizza I bite into. I said i just want my tooth fixed cause it hurts. He said, how do you know it was from my pizza, we don’t put rocks in the pizza. I told him, well know you don’t put rocks on the pizza. But that doesn’t mean that the vegetables are one hundred percent clean from foreign objects. He then tells me that when they put the vegetables they look for rocks and things and that it couldn’t have happen to them. He then says, so what do you want to do. I said fix my tooth and thats it. Read moreAlmost 10 minute wait before someone stepped up to the counter. Ordered my hot and ready items, 15-20 minute wait. 7 of us now waiting in the lobby, some ordered ahead and their order wasn't ready, other waiting for their "hot and ready". The store itself is dirty, if it was raining I would understand foot prints on the tile but it hasn't soooo......and do something about the damn flies...... .......and now the first lady that ordered ahead has had enough and just cancelled her order and is getting refunded.... that's starting to sound like a good idea.... .......this gets better and better, another lady just returned her delivered pizza, right ticket, wrong pizza and the staff is chuckling about it, she got a refund and she's pissed...
