Mountain Mike's Pizza — Restaurant in Modesto

Myself, my wife, and our four kids had the worst experience and still going through it as I write this with this restaurant. I got a medium Pepperoni, a large specialty, and a large chicken club pizza from there. After we ate, we start feeling discomfort. My wife felt it first, she couldn't even finish the second slice.

Two hours goes by or so, my oldest boy start throwing up, and then my youngest boy. And then my youngest girl wasn't feeling good. So we took the pizza back and the manger kept telling us everything is good and clean on their end.

Now we got home and my youngest girl start throwing up, and that night between my boy and my girl they kept throwing up periodically, through all that my wife was feeling really sick with sharp pain in her belly, and I had hard time at work because I had similar symptoms, but not as bad as my wife. So, we ending taking the kids to the doctor, and sure enough, it was a FOOD POISONING they had.

Bottom line, I'm never buying food from that Mountin Mike's (Floyd & Roselle location) , and I don't recommend it to anyone, we had the worst experience with that, and like I said, as I write this, we are still not feeling good. That...

I see you responded to my review but made no changes at your location.. #1 problem at the location is management. The worst employee is a girl named Toni.. salad bar always has old lettuce.. dirty place. You as an owner are failing... You don't care about the customer at all.. your employees are dirty and don't wash there hands before touching food ..

Unbelievable to me the terrible customer service is place has. They continue to take phone orders as there's a line out the door pushing everyone's order that's actually at the restaurant out farther and farther. I don't know where the manager is in this building but there's certainly not at the front by the registers to control customer service. The salad is old and brown quality is terrible but yet they're very proud of charging you huge amount of money for a pizza and a salad. I would recommend you go somewhere else other than this place if you want good food and good service this is not the place. The pizza is usually good - up to the normal Mountain Mike’s standards. However, in the last few months I have ordered once for delivery and just now ordered for take-out. The delivery time given when I ordered the first time was an hour and a half but after two hours I called and was told that it would be another hour. Tonight I ordered online for pick up and was told that the pizza would be ready in 40 minutes. I arrived exactly 40 minutes later and was told it would be another 20 minutes minimum as the pizza had not been started yet. The staff is not rude per say but it not particularly friendly. Although I like Mountain Mike’s pizza I think this will probably be the last time I spend money at this location.

Update: The pizza cake out 25 minutes later but it was only when I got home that ai realized they didn’t give me the multiple sides of ranch that we ordered and paid for. When I was leaving another man was getting angry about the wait time being far longer than what he was told. I will definitely never go...
