If I could give a zero I would this was the worst experience ever. I stopped by on way home from work and placed an online order for curbside pickup. First thing that went wrong was my order in itself was not received in the way that I ordered it. Second thing that went wrong was When I called right afterwards to inform them of my order being incorrect I was placed on hold, well a few minutes later an employee got back on the line and said there was NOTHING they could do about it since that is the way it was brought up and since it was already given to me NOTHING could be done. I then said I wanted to return this order and get a refund and requested to speak to a manager, once again I was placed on a few minutes hold. Third thing that went wrong was when the employee not the manager picked up the phone and says "oh are you still here girlie" and one again says they couldn't do anything to correct my order, I interrupted and requested the manager who finally got on. This is the only good part to the encounter and the way it should have been handled from the start, the moment the manager heard what happened she apologized and said she wanted to make it right, but at this point I told her I was done and it was an inconvenience and just insisted to return the order and get my refund back so i went inside and returned the food. The 4th thing that went wrong was they couldn't process my refund because it was an online order (it took forever to get the confirmation documents they Canceled order) they finally were able to get the process started for refund which will arrive in 7-10 business days. As I was leaving the manager apologized again and I stopped to tell her where it all went wrong was the employee telling me there was NOTHING they could do for making this right.
I will never ever come back here again. Service is key to keeping a happy customer coming back. The food we know is amazing but that was not worth the hassle. I would consider giving proper training if they are to be in this field of work.

Read moreWent in with a party of 5 on today 11/1/2023 around 3:30pm. It wasn’t particularly busy and seemed decently staffed. Once we sat, our server was m.i.a for probably 10 or so minutes. We waited awhile to even get drinks, had to ask for silverware and they didn’t even have enough on hand for all 5 of us and had to go roll more. We also had to ask for biscuits which we didn’t receive until well after our apps/soups/drinks came. Having to ask for things, sometimes multiple times, that are usually a given, was a common theme during the visit. Our initial server, while nice enough, wasn’t checking in often, and never took our order for entrees. Thankfully a different server eventually took over and saved the day, to the best of her ability! Once she took our order, tracked down biscuits, got us refills and started to clear dishes (she was playing a game of catch up at this point) our food finally came out, only for one of the people at our table to find a very long white/light blonde hair in their food. We were given a discount and the food was remade but of course this extended our stay even longer. All told it took just over 2 hours for us to eat our meal. Shoutout to our second server Taylor for being super friendly, making up for lost time, trying her best to make things right and just generally staying on top of things once she took over! It made a bad experience more bearable! SHE should be the manager because it seems like she actually knows how to get things done. I place blame on the management for not properly staffing, keeping things on track or keeping their employees on top of tasks that should be maintained (like having utensils ready throughout the day) regularly. Overall I would NOT recommend this location to anyone, I’ve scarcely had a worse overall experience at a sit down restaurant before. Maybe we caught them on an off day given that the overall rating is decent, but this will be our first and last time at this particular location. I’m unsure how to rate the service because the servers...
Read moreMy husband and I decided to enjoy a night out at Red Lobster the day before Valentine’s Day to avoid the Valentine’s Day rush. We arrived at 3:45 in the afternoon. We waited until a little after four to be seated. We noticed that the hostess was actually a server who was filling in for the hostess, taking phone calls and trying to manage everything in the front. There were several parties waiting to be seated. We finally got our table. We’re seated in the bar. After being seated, it took over 22 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us so when she did we gave her our appetizer & drink order and our food order all at once. It was at least another 20 minutes before we received our drinks/waters without the lemons we asked for. We finally received our cheddar Bay biscuits about 15 minutes after that. We ordered our food and we waited approximately 45 minutes the total experience took two hours from beginning to end. Total food order was about $125. We had one drink - a Mocktail, an appetizer - a flatbread, and two meals. The lobster was OK, I don’t recommend getting any flavoring on the crab legs too messy. I ordered them without, but they came with it covered in butter and garlic, so it was extremely messy to eat All you can eat shrimp that my husband ordered came cold the second batch because it had been sitting under the heat lamps so it wasn’t edible. Overall, the meal was decent. We just wish the service had been better. We finally got assigned a different server about mid meal, and from then on the experience was much improved. I don’t recommend sitting in the bar because I think they forget about you. Next time will insist on sitting in the...
