Taco Bell — Restaurant in Modesto

So thier screen was down and I didn't mind that at first. Besides having to repeat my order a couple times which was fine, until i get all the way home. My car not being in good shape at the time. Barely wanted to restart in the drive thru, and when the girl repeated the order back to me she said pintos and cheese. So I figured it was on my receipt, she repeated it as if she already had it on the receipt. Come to find out, not only was it not in the bag, it wasn't ordered, upon calling with my frustration at why would you first of all need two people running one drive through window, i used to work at sonic, on skates I'd run drive through take, orders, two at a time. Receive cash, and then procced to take out orders as my manager would take it out. What kind of person repeats something they didnt put down yet. Forget to put it down, then they go ,well you can come back and you can pay for it. Since we didnt charge you? I just paid over $30 for food after coming from the laundromat with my girlfriends legally blind mom and it was 10pm, i was not only tired. I was frustrated with my car overheating and my girlfriends girlfriends girlfriends mom acting as if it was a necessity. But then to be feed well you can come back and charge you for it?????? That's crazy, cause your employee read it back which if YOUR screen was working I could've corrected the mistake then myself. Meaning because of your faulty screen and employee, i have to try and make it back for Pinto's and cheese that'd I'd have to pay for?? Me driving back for something that obviously should've been on my receipt if she repeated it to me was ludicrous, but for the down right oh well attitude. The worst customer service a fast food place should have over something so futile and little, rather then just say sorry, our bad come get a free order , our mistake. And pleasing a potentially repetitive customer??? I'll never go their again. And thank you so much for getting me pulled over and my car taken over pintos and cheese. Worst Taco Bell and I hope nobody else goes there until they get better u I management and a hopefully group off smarter,faster working employees who understand the process of taking and repeating a simple order and only repeat what you literally already have done. Been going here for years and the place has gone down hill. Mexican pizzas are my favorite item and now when I get them from this location they look like someone doesn't give a s**t about how they turn out. They are very sloppy about every item they put together now. They put the pizza at the bottom of the bag with items piled on top crushing it. Other times they forget to cut it or it seems like their is little to no meat inside of them. They put tomatoes on that are still green. I switched to soft taco supremes now because hard tacos were always getting crushed or the bottom is so soggy they just fall apart. The young lady who took my order was very nice at the order speaker but was very rude at the window. She made no eye contact and basically threw my food at me and turned around closing the window. Then as I sat there waiting for my drink she opens the window and says you're good and waves me on. I told her I had a drink and then she asked me what it was. I told her pepsi and she filled my drink overflowing and hands it to me dripping wet and turns around and closes window. I'm very sad to say that I might have to drive across town for my Taco Bell...

This place was nice except the absolutely shocking, insane, grotesque smell!! There was one girl in front of me and she said something about the undeniable, horrible smell and the cashier nervously giggled and said " really? I haven't noticed it but you're like the 5th person to say something about it today, ya we dont know what it could be ," And the girl was nice, nothing bad on her, i couldnt even eat after that, i ordered a taco , and was planning on dining in while i waited for my ride to show up, but soon as i sat down i could not get over that rancid smell, infact.
