Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in Modesto

The food was great the service needed help only because it was drive-thru and they did not put a fork in the bag with my chili cheese fries and it was all well good because I was going home anyway but if I had it being going home and I will destroying a road trip and decided to stop and get something to eat first I would not have been able to eat my food at all while watching everybody else eat theirs all because we forgot to put a fork in my bag I know this sounds trivial it's a big deal if you're going 356 mi away and you are not planning on stopping anymore until you get there or at least almost there and you have your food in front of you everybody else is eating theirs and you can't eat you have no utensils it is a big deal then get it together people!!! That's the only negative I have to say... Oh yes, there is one more thing I would like to ask the people who choose what foods are sold at the your wienerschnitzels across the country however this is a German fast food cuisine and yet they don't have my favorite snack foods or German food at all the clothes that you have is to the salted pretzel with cheese dip is your pretzel bun it wants to sit there and eat a pretzel bun dipped and cheese I want real hot fresh salted pretzels with and warm (to hot)cheese dip! Otherwise I have to go all the way across town to the mall and get a fresh hot salted pretzel with cheese dip from wetzel's pretzels while they are delicious I'm sure we are since we can do just as good and it at a much reasonable price for your customers. Excellent customer service! Don't ever lose that because this is one of the biggest things that Wienerschnitzel has ALWAYS had among every other fast food establishment I have ever visited, and it's a huge deal because so many fast food restaurants now a days are so quick to get you in and out. Your just a number to them. And they NEVER give you what you order. Food is always wrong. I have never had this issue with this Wienerschnitzel or any Wienerschnitzel for that matter. Wienerschnitzel seems to always hire the best of the best and must have wonderful training, because it's like night and day compared to any other fast food establishments. It’s a new location but having health guidelines and common sense isn’t something new ESPECIALLY DURING A PANDEMIC. Went earlier and IN CUSTOMER VIEW one of the workers (tall, skinny, Caucasian female) wasn’t wearing gloves or a mask. She had her phone out, saw the order, put her phone back inside her pocket and then grabbed a bun to make a hotdog WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS OR PUTTING ON GLOVES. My father asked the drive thru cashier if they normally wear gloves and masks and she said YES, when she turned around and saw her coworker, she seemed caught in a lie.
