Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in Mogadore

I normaly don't go after a business when they mess up on an order. We're all human, things happen. The world moves on, right? Generally you can simply contact the business, tell them your problem, and they will either refund you or fix your order at no cost. This is STANDARD practice. About twenty minutes ago, as of 8:32 pm. Monday November 23 (for clarity's sake), my family received an order that we had placed at the Mogadore location. The order was incorrect, as you could most likely tell from my angered tone. Now, as I said earlier, the first step is to contact the seller. We promptly did so. What followed was one of THE most disgusting interactions I have ever had with a customer service worker. Not only did he claim to have been calling the home number on our account for the larger portion of an hour, something that is not possible as that number has been out of commission for well over six months, but he then refused to give both a refund, instead offering another item off the menu with the difference coming out of OUR pockets or store credit, he then refused to put us in contact with either the district manager or the owner. He then went on to call the person speaking 'hun' and hung up on her. I can say with full certainty that we will both never order from this location again as well as never so much as THINK of recommending it to another person. We have had bad experiences in the past with this location, instances where food is wrong, burnt, missing, Etc. We were willing to look past something as simple as human error. Everyone has a bad day once in a while. This is not the same. This situation is offensive and disgusting. The sheer gall this company has to not only insult it's customers, but to extort and lie to them as well is almost impressive in it's repugnance. I have been to this restaurant several times, and have been disappointed by their service more often than not. From burning food to leaving it out of the order, from badgering me for a tip that I mistakenly left out on a mobile order to refusing to refund me for an order that didn't arrive, this place does not have great service or food. My last interaction with this restaurant ended in the manager telling me that they wouldn't refund me for a normal menu item that they were out of, which I never received. In my experience, when a shop cannot fulfill a good or service that you have already paid for, they typically refund your money to you. This was not the case here. This is an especially dangerous game to play when there are so many other pizza joints around. The cherry on top is the manager who is extremely rude and will talk over you or just hang up if you call with a complaint. I wish I could give this shop zero stars, but it appears that one is the lowest rating....

A year ago this was my favorite pizza place. The pizza was always perfectly cooked.

I gave them 3 stars because I understand people are struggling to find employees these days.

But they must have a all new crew or something. We order pizza from here every Friday night. The last 3 maybe 4 months I have to throw it in my oven when I get home & cook it another 10 minutes. Even when I ask them to cook it longer they don’t.

Cheese should be all the way melted. With little small black spots on the crust. Tiny.

My cheese isn’t even all the way melted when I get home.
