McDonald's — Restaurant in Mogadore

I have lived in mogadore a short 29 years.

But I have been (as have most of us) to multiple McDonald all around the USA. This has got to be, without a doubt, the absolute slowest McDonald’s I have ever been to.

The people are nice and mean well. But they appear to be moving so slowly they are actually moving in reverse.

Maybe that’s their plan, just like Benjamin button, to age in reverse by offering the slowest service by mankind.

They are not always accurate with orders and the ice cream machine is constantly down.

However, with all this against them, they are still nice to the average customer.

I’ll go there again, but I’ll provably have my car turned off for a good 10 minutes before my iced...

Great service, clean store, professional everything. Excellent food, clean lot and bathrooms.

So why only 4 ⭐️’s?

I used the kiosk, I payed at the kiosk. The kiosk didn’t give me a receipt, they looked it up on the front computer, they had no record of any sales. I logged into the account for the card, showed the manager the charge, and that I did indeed pay.

My order came up, they made it and it’s fantastic. Still no receipt. I have to call their office to get a receipt emailed to me. Not a bad thing, little hiccup gave their whole store a chance to shine, it’s shiny here.

Order your food at the kiosk, pay at the counter if you want/need a receipt.

We'll just say that I was the only car when I placed my order at 8:15 pm. I sat at the carryout window for 10 minutes, where I watched an employee pack, and repack our order 3 times, without gloves on her hands.

The food was cold, and the employee cupped the top of the fries with her hands. I requested that the food be remade, and explained why.

By that time, a line had formed. I waited for the order to to come back out for almost another 10 minutes. The manager was snippy when she brought my order to the car.

It is rare that we get McDonald's this late, and we've never had this kind of service at breakfast and lunch. The worst, during those hours,...
