Arby's — Restaurant in Moline

When you use a coupon "2 for $__" be prepared to get very skimpy sandwiches with half the meat.

Also, when I put my order in the girl "Jacqueline " really struggled with taking my order. Kept asking me to repeat my order and would repeat it back wrong. She finally thought she had it right and repeated the order one last time. She said it wrong (greek gyro... was supposed to be turkey). I corrected her and she snapped back "that's what I said" very rudely. I told her no, that's not what you said but ok....

When I got to the window a different girl took my money while the rude one kept peeking around the corner at me. Once I did get my food, one of my mozz sticks was smashed (I get them all the time and have never before had a smashed one) and the sandwiches I purchased were right... but the wrapper was folded with the wrong "greek" showing, not turkey....

I order them all the time and it's always folded with the "turkey" visible. Not sure why they think this is a cute way to treat customers but it makes me worry that they did something to my food to retaliate for me calling her out for her...

Went there in August 2020, ordered food through drive thru. They forgot a full meal from my order. I called immediately when I got home and they said they will mail out a voucher. I waited, never arrived. Called again, told that they were sorry and a voucher will be mailed out to me. Never arrived. Called a third time and told how very sorry they were and will make sure to mail out a voucher. Never arrived. This place has no clue what they are doing, will lie and steal your money. Lesson learned, always check your order before leaving. Arby’s is a thief. Granted my meal they forgot was approx $12.00 but it is money I spent and they have not refunded. My total meal cost was over $40.00.

Update: still no response to refund my money or even apologize for stealing from...

I don't know where to begin, arbys is the best restaurant I know, the taste of the delicious roast beef bursting with juice in your mouth, I have never had that experience any where else, I put on my arbys hat and my mind is always blown when I have any of their food, just the quality and great service alone is a reason to keep going back. I usually get two of their roast beefs one I eat there and the other I take home for later. Their chicken nuggets are also very well made so thick and juicy from real chickens , the one thing I do have to say about arbys is their gyros are the scum of the chumbucket and it is cultural appropriation of Mediterranean culture.
