Y'all sleeping on Lil Stevie's!!! BEST ribs in the QC. Tender, fall off the bone meat EVERY. SINGLE. TIME!!! Nice smoked flavor, huge portions.

To speak on the BBQ sauce: it's mostly a hit, I'd say 90% of the time. The last 10 times being ideal for me. Over the summer I had one batch where I didn't love the sauce flavor, but my husband said it was delicious, so... I doubt it's on Lil Stevie - I think it ends up being personal preference.

The cheesy potatoes are yummy. :) Hash brown style shreds, thick cheese sauce and mouth watering. The coleslaw is perfect for a gal from the south! Always depth of flavor, which is hard to achieve for slaw. And If it's not what he wants (doesn't have perfect ingredients, etc.) then he just won't have it on the menu that night! He also serves BBQ beans.

Side note: We tell him all the time he needs to add cornbread to the menu, but he says he doesn't want his wife to be working too hard! I can appreciate that! ;))

I've had the smoked pork chop sandwich too. Delicious smoked flavor but a standard chop.. I'll stick with the juicy ribs!

My only complaint is inconsistent hours & it's hard to get in touch with him outside of being at the physical food truck... (And I bet the hours issue is if he sells out of food early. That's a good problem to have.) So I'm not going to hold that against this small, locally owned business. I want to support our community!
