The staff member there 08/29/2025 around 1pm had absolutely ZERO customer service. I greeted her with hello good afternoon. Nothing. Then I told her thank you so much ma’am, and again zero words. Like she hated being there and the presence of a customer made her sick. Not sure what her issue was. If you don’t want to work there please do us a favor and don’t work for a place that lives up to showing exemplary world-class service and stellar friendly staff. Read moreThe newest Starbucks in the Quad Cities off JDR has quickly become my favorite. The parking and drive through hassles of the other Moline location are not a problem here. Easily accessible. No traffic nightmares. No getting stuck in your parking spot because of the drive through line. Staff is friendly and helpful. I typically prefer to order on the app and pick up and my order is always right and waiting for me. And I always get a thanks on my rushed run out their door. It's bright and open and sunny. He said, "sorry guys I just can't make another coffee today". We thought he was joking so we laughed it off. He then proceeded to take off his apron, turn the lights off, and close the shop at 3pm.
