Starbucks — Restaurant in Moncks Corner

Opened 12/15/17. Hours not posted. Apparently they close at 8:30 pm. That's what the guy who opened the window screamed at me when I asked if I could place an order at 9:45 pm. It just opened, and the order screen had a white sheet with a handwritten note on it saying this was where to order. However, the screen had a gray bar with the words "OUT OF RANGE," so I figured that the store was having some 1st day problems and drove to the window. After all, there were four or five cars in the parking lot and seven to ten people in the store. Every other Starbucks I've been to throughout the South - and I'm referring to standalone stores, not embedded stores - has hours posted, is on the web, and is open until at least 10 pm DURING the week, and later on weekends. Silly me. What do I know? I mean, I've only been a Gold card member for almost three years now. The guy who opened the window literally screamed, in a high-pitched squeal, "We're closed" in response to my request to place an order. Again, cars + people + lights + my prior experience = still open on a Friday night. Apparently not in Moncks Corner. This rude idiot, who works for Starbucks, just made a very bad first impression on behalf of the Moncks Corner Starbucks location. If I could give 0 stars, the jerk would have earned exactly that because other than the sign announcing that they are "NOW OPEN," there is no evidence on the web that they are, and with "Mr. Congeniality" around, I can assure you that this good customer will continue to visit the Summerville and North Charleston stores. I just want to hug whoever wrote this note! You guys don’t know but I am 9 months pregnant and I was having the WORST day today (hormones, gotta love them)!! So my husband offered to get me starbucks. They were out of a sandwich that I wanted (literally no big deal) so that explains the note. It was just a super thoughtful and funny surprise, this note seriously made my day and turned my day around for the better. It really goes to show you how the little things can really impact someone’s day. I’ve always worked in food service and this location has always gone above and beyond, the staff has always been extremely friendly and helpful, this store is one of the cleanest I’ve been to and I’m just super thankful that nice people like this still exist. Thank you to the staff for making an emotional pregnant woman’s day 100 times better, lol! And thank you for putting up with my crazy husband (I always get embarrassed when he orders at the window so I’m glad we all can laugh about it!!!) With great service also comes the great coffee and food that this location has always delivered! Never disappointed! If I could give 500 stars I would! Awesome in the mornings, terrible in the Afternoons!

I am a super regular at this store, I know and love the morning staff: Hats off to Hannah, Anastasia, Erin, they are all awesome, I am sure I am forgetting some names of really cool Baristas in the morning, they recognize my voice, and are extremely efficient, professional and educated.

Terrible AFTERNOON service experience though....Night and Day! Twice I have gotten the wrong order, and only notice when I am seconds away to getting to my destination/work - otherwise I would go back- !!

Have called though and let them know the mistakes, the first time refused a complimentary drink, this time I asked for it... today was my second bad experience, my regular WHITE CHOCOLATE MOCHA VENTI HOT with 3 Raw Sugars - became a Grande but werved in a venti cup - Hot Caramel Mocchiato ?! Really ?? Yesterday was my WCM was served in a venti cup filled half way?? I'm using my phone app to pay, trying to collect my rewards, and enjoy the fact that we finally got a starbucks in M.
