McDonald's — Restaurant in Monee

Avoid this McDonald's at all cost. Now I went in to order during the evening hours and clearly all the young high school kids were working, like around 7 or more. Most were standing around, a few were helping with orders and some were scratching their heads and none of the ones in the front were wearing gloves, shift manager included. One girl who was scratching her head had her bright green braids tucked into the back of her pants because they were so long. My order consisted of 2 chicken clubs with a discount code bogo free and ordered a frozen lemonade. The lady at the register didn't put the code in after telling her I had one 5 times and having the code on my phone toward her to see so when I paid for the order she said "oh I forgot". She asked that same manager and her reply was, " there is nothing we can do, we got him next time". That is your unprofessional response?? So I took the food and left. Came in next morning to speak with store manager and the lady who was the assistant manager went over to tell the store manager that I wanted to speak with her and her response was also priceless, she said "for what"? Now I am standing 2 feet away and could hear her. After telling her what happened she gave me sympathy food lol. To get your food hot ask for (made to order) everytime you go...

I've been going to this McDonald's for my morning coffee and breakfast for a few weeks now. I have had nothing but absolutely awful experiences. I order a Mocha and pay the 3 dollars for it and end up with a black coffee. On top of that I have to wait 15 minutes in the drive through for it. I have twice now gotten microwaved hash browns. The drive through workers have absolutely no idea how to do their job, their customer service is abysmal. Snatching cards out of people's hands and no good morning or smile when greeting me at the window. It is a complete wonder how this place is still opperating with the original owner. The only redeeming factor is the manager Krystal. She's replaced my order with no problem every time I've had a problem. I imagine she gets a lot of these phone calls though because the staff is the actual worst. After they fix my next order that will be the last time I get food from then. I encourage others to...

For the love of God DONT order a cappuccino. It was hot & cold at the same time, and when I dumped it out - CHUNKS OF CARAMEL AT THE BOTTOM!! THANKS FOR THE GREAT SERVICE! ......NOT.

Workers obviously take zero pride in their work, I used to like McDonalds, but I’m never eating there again. Wish I could give it zero stars.

Absolutely scarring and disgusting. Coporate needs to take notice of this location, and Illinois food safety should take attention.

Have some dignity for yourself and don’t go here, because after looking at all the bad reviews it should be easy to realize that the owner/owners don’t care about their customers opinion to change management, and the workers definitely don’t care about you, your service, or the quality of your food.

Oh and discount those couple 5 star reviews at the top, they’re either lying, or had some incentive to do it. Totally fake and not genuine.
