Burger King — Restaurant in Monroe Township

Right off the bat very immature when you just ordering but we were ordering our stuff and there was no way he misheard us but somehow he did and they were all laughing in the background so we knew they were just messing around so we pull up to the window and we ordered five milkshakes we only got four and they only charged us for 4 so we say okay can we get another milkshake they say man you've been here for 6 minutes can I have you pool around not first I thought that was a joke but he was actually serious so we said we aren't leaving until we get our other milkshake so he stomped off to the milkshake machine and seems like all this over a milkshake I know right and mature we asked for his manager and he said he was the manager for that night now it just so happens that we actually knew the manager so we hit him up and told him about his actions and it will get handled hopefully and then when he was in there making the milkshake he yelled across the entire Burger King hey Tom you got a cigarette I know right...

This location routinely sacrifices quality and customer service for the sole purpose of having artificially decent speed of service times. Be prepared to pull away from the window without your food and asked to wait by their back door immediately after paying, even though they're are no vehicle's behind you. Asking why or refusing will do you no good here. Having staples during dinner time like sourdough or iced tea seems to be a laughing matter for the manager. Folks would be well advised to find another location other than this one if they expect fresh, hot food. Disappointing, at best, I don't know why I've given this location as many chances as I have. Staying quiet about it seems like I be world be doing more harm than good, so there it is... Your milage may vary, and I sincerely hope it does...

I've gone through the drive thru several times before, and never had an issue. BUT... on my last visit, I ordered a whopper combo with cheese, pickle only. Wanted sweet tea as my drink, but none was available. I substituted with a milkshake. When I got my order, the milkshake was all milk, no ice cream. And my whopper had everything on it. So I went back through again. This time, the milkshake was all ice cream and no milk, and the new whopper still had mayonnaise on it. But I had no time to go through the drive thru again, because I had to get back to work. That singular ordeal was one of the worst food experiences...
