Dollar Tree — Local services in Monroe Township

I was in this store yesterday 11/20/22 around 1:40ish PM. We had a sweet kind young lady, short blonde hair and hexagon shaped glasses. Long story short, computer froze, and she had to restart it, it locked it up. She was SO nervous and said sorry so many times. she had to call "rosa" to come unlock it after 5-10 mins. This woman came in like a bull in a China shop, nothing but unprofessional, rude, disgusting, and LOUDLY calling this poor girl out. The young lady said sorry so many times and now has tears in her eyes. When "rosa" was up to unlock the register i was at, I nicely told her how helpful and kind the girl was and how unprofessional and rude she was being calling her out like that with a LINE full of people, and i found her behavior distasteful. she straight up loudly tells me with attitude "you should shut your mouth". she then proceeds to continue YELLING and CURSING from the other line about me, saying i should now shut up etc etc, clearly triggered and thinks she can treat her employees and customers however she wants. she called me a f&%&^ karen, continued to yell and carry on while i finished my transaction. i told the sweet girl she did such a great job and i hope she has a nice day and finds a better job. "rosa" is still carrying on, clearly is triggered because she is told she should be a better worker and human being. i asked the kind girl for her managers name, she said rosa, i wasn't aware until today that Rosa was this same woman acting like a crazy person in the store until i called today asking for Rosa (as to report this woman to the manager) when it turned out to be her. i recognized the angry voice as soon as she answered, i asked for rosa and she said that was her, and i asked if she was the same woman screaming at me yesterday and she said yes. I nicely asked for the name of who her boss was which she refused, she then starts to yell and repeatedly yell MAAMMMM over and over yelling to which i said have a wonderful day and i hung up. i will be contacting corporate but i felt an online review was...

Normally I wouldnt even review. But I had to because of the experience I had this weekend. Otherwise it would be a 5 star review. But a few of us were waiting outside for the store to open.it was a little after 9 and the manager unlocked the door. The manager began to complain about us standing outside..I thought she was kidding bc she is normally very sweet. But she said more remarks bc we waited patiently outside for her to bring out the floral and she said more negative remarks..so I'm not sure I'm coming back. We all have bad days but we can't take it out on innocent people let alone customers. I wish I could quote what she said...

Horrible manager, i asked.polited quitly in her office after knocking is there anyone available to open another register.there were 10 people in.line with carts full and 3 people with 3 to.5 items. she was rude and embaressed me loudly saying i was starting trouble. i placed my items down and said im complaining about your conduct and will not buy from here. Can you imagine the conduct of this manager. Horrible Human Being. lost all my business and everyone of my followers...
