I don’t know about the rest of my fellow Domino’s lovers but for me the app has never been wrong. It tells me my pizza is in the oven, cooking and ready. I don’t live in Williamstown full time but when I want something I know will be quick I yield to Domino’s. For years I would place and order and be blown away that it was ready in 10-15 minutes. I once had one ready in 7 minutes. Amazing service. They truly have mastered the 30 minutes or less game…….or so I thought…..This particular crowded Dominos had roughly 5 individual employees scattered about. The husky long haired man kneeding dough decided to be the front facing customer handler. Pizza ordered at 7:23. App at 7:52 (just under 30 mins) “come on in your order is ready” I tell the guy my name and he says it’s going to be a minute. He doesnt look. He is focused on kneeding that dough. Finally after 8 minutes and the store becoming filled with un attended patrons I decide to say “is it this stores policy to lie and tell the peoole their food is ready before it truly is”
I am told no It is not and my job is to be patient. Thats where your wrong pal. Correct me if i am wrong but the sole purpose of ordering at dominos is for fast food pizza. You are working in the same category of food establishments as burger king, McDonald’s, etc… when exactly is the last time someone waited over 40 minutes for a burger?
Now mind you this is the 2nd altercation at this location. My lovely girlfriend ordered a 2 topping pizza a month ago and a brookly style plain pizza showed up. They agreed to bring our original order back. 75 minutes later an undercooked pizza that was the wrong size showed up.
Do yourself a favor and head to the papa John’s a few miles down the road….
Here is the kicker. If the husky man actually looked for my order from the get go…it was ready the entire time. The manager or someone with more customer intelligence came out. They looked in the ready food and found my order.
I requested a cancellation and got food from papa johns. It was ready in the time it took to drive from dominos there.

Read moreI've ordered from this particular establishment numerous times. However, despite my frequent patronage, no delivery person that works at this particular Domino's location has or will bring my Pizza directly to my room. In fact, they will make me go down to the lobby to pick it up, claiming that it is "illegal" (based on their initial training, as one recently hired employee expressed to me) and is against the law, for them to bring it up to me directly. Now I've done my research and, in the State of New Jersey there are no such laws that hinder a pizza delivery persons from walking up the stairs and handing their customers the pizza that they have ordered directly. Rather, there are only restrictions or hindrances due to the policies or restrictions enforced by the hotels that they are trying to deliver to that are entitled to enforce that in this regard. There is nothing that might make pizza restaurants restricted to be allowed to come up and deliver a pizza to an individual's hotel room.
Frankly, the only reasons that I'm even griping about this is because in all my time with so many stays in this area, every other Pizza establishment that I've ever ordered from has had no qualms about bringing pizza up to my room or has argued that it was illegal for them to do so. And as a fun additive, when this specific Domino's establishment delivers my Pizza, and I've prepaid a tip option when I've ordered online, they simply drop off my pizza at the front desk of the hotel and then leave. But if I don't put a tip online, and I choose to tip in cash instead, then they will always wait in the lobby for me to come down. And when I do, they have their handout, expecting some form of tip or remuneration for services that were not rendered. In any case, I'm an old guy and this is only the third review I've ever posted online and the first one that has been in any stretch or context a negative one. But I suggest that if you order from this place online then you shouldn't tip until they get to your door. Trust me, you'll save money that way because they won't come directly...
Read moreTerrible service! Ordered from this location a few times, receive orders they were not correct and had to wait for someone to bring the correct food. Ordered here two Fridays ago and after 30 minutes my order was still in prep so I called the store and was told they only have one driver on a Friday night and the food will take two hours to arrive. The managers at this location really do not care about the customers. There was no apology and no one offered to process my order at no charge especially after waiting so long with no notice. I canceled my order and I will never order from this location again and will be contacting Domino’s corporate headquarters to make them aware of the terrible service. I just read some of the reviews about the same Friday night from other customers who experienced the same problem. If you only have one driver at your location on a busy Friday night then you should make sure your customers who place online orders get a phone call and are aware of the timeframe your order will take if it’s more than 30 minutes which is the usual expected time for online order delivery. If you’re not going to deliver the pizza within 30 minutes then you should not offer delivery when you only have one driver. Give your customers an option to place orders online and receive the same offer and pricing but come pick up the order. Make some effort to communicate and work with your customers. I don’t understand how a Domino’s Pizza can only have one driver on one of the busiest nights of the week. That should tell you that this location is poorly managed. I will never eat there again and start ordering from Little Caesars and other takeout pizza locations near Williamstown New Jersey. I would highly recommend you order your pizza from a different location if using domino’s if Williamstown, New Jersey. This location is definitely giving the...
