I had such an unfortunate experience at this Dunkin today and I just need people to know. I placed a mobile order for a cold brew and a wrap today. When I arrive to pick up my drink, I tasted it before I drove away as I usually do, and it was a lot more bitter than normal. Not to mention, it had no cold foam on top, which I ordered. I also received a large when I ordered a medium. I hate being a problem but I just couldn’t drink what they gave me, so I asked for a remake. The guy at the window took my drink back and I immediately hear them laughing and giggling just beyond the window. I was very polite, apologetic for holding up the line, and they met me with hostility and passive aggressiveness. I didn’t catch the girls name, but the little girl who made my drink had a lot to say about me and asking for a remake. Saying it was gonna be the same and it was dumb to send it back and some other derogatory things I can’t say publicly here. I could hear them both clearly making comments about me and secretly jeering at me. I confronted them directly and they BOTH stopped in their tracks, wide eyes, lips buttoned. She quickly put my drink together and handed it to me directly, this time it included the cold foam that I paid for, however the drink was still a large. Now, my drink is watered down because the flavors I added to the drink were meant to be for the portions of a medium. But I wouldn’t dare ask for a remake, at the risk of being scrutinized further by this staff for being dissatisfied with THEIR work. I’m incredibly disappointed with this experience, this is my local Dunkin that I visit on a regular basis, I’ve been a resident of williamstown for close to 10 years and I’ve never had a problem like this with this location. However, I think I’ll be avoiding this location for further notice, not even for the mistake on the drink, but for the mistreatment by the staff that’s SUPPOSED to be carrying themselves professionally. I understand petty disputes with customers, I understand laughing it off with your co-workers after the fact, I also work food service and I experience the same things. But to do it in front of my face??? That is so highly unprofessional and embarrassing for Dunkin as a whole, allowing their associates to behave with such intolerance. Read moreI wish I had gotten the guys name today that did our coffee. He went above and beyond to make our experience amazing and always does. He’s always there when we go. We ordered 5 large iced Mocha lattes extra light and sweet with whipped cream on top (if you haven’t tried it you definitely should). 4 had to be decaf and 1 regular (I suffer from heart palpitations if I drink caffeine but love the taste of coffee). One of the employees accidentally marked all coffee as regular and the guy we really like came to the window informing us there was a mix up but he fixed it. We drive 30 mins to this location because we know the guy that works there will get it right every time. He’s extremely polite and very professional. They’re all pretty awesome at this location. A year ago this place was my favorite Dunkin but recently the coffee has been tasting so sour, at first I thought it was the almond milk but now based on other reviews I think that it’s just the coffee itself. The staff have terrible attitudes and I can tell that there is an extreme lack of education amongst them. The lady who seems to always be working the drive through window every single day decides to tell me that I am being difficult and holding up her line because I returned the coffee she made me because again it tasted sour. She’s was incredibly rude and with my nursing background and education I kindly informed her that she can go to school or Pursue another opportunity if she is unhappy because clearly she is.
