Incredible experience from the picking out process down to sleeping on it going on night 3! When we went in we had looked online first to get an idea of what we wanted… once in store, that flew out the window. We saw so many pieces that online just didn’t do it justice! We found the one we chose and then spoke to Kayla about the financing part. She made it SO EASY. Literally gave us a million options with adding pieces/ taking them away, etc. she did the most lol. We decided to go with just the bedframe but instead of a queen, we upgraded to a king! So we added on the boxspring & mattress. We were able to lay on all the mattresses to find the one we loved. After we checked out with her and signed the papers, she got our delivery date set up. The day they came, they were earlier than the timeframe given but waited patiently about 3 minutes for us to finish moving all our furniture out of their way! They were respectful, quick, and did a great job carrying everything in with caution and putting it together with no mess and so quickly! We are on our third night sleeping in the new bed and let me tell you… for someone with fibromyalgia, this has been the best investment I’ve ever made!!! I’ve slept so incredible. My husband wrote on receipt the dresser is broke. I immediately called the store. The lady told me she would call me back. No return phone call. I called back on Monday, lady says she will call me back, no return phone call. I called today express to the lady how no one would call me back. The lady apologizes, says delivery guy just delivered, she would see if it was ordered and call me back. Well guess what still no call back. I can understand forgetting to call me back the 1st time, 2nd time upsetting, 3rd time you've lost my business and I will not recommend Farmers to anyone. I will actually discourage anyone from buying. All I wanted to know is if the dresser was going to be replaced, one was ordered, someone was coming back to get the broken dresser taking up space. Read moreI went into this location right after Christmas to order two beds, including mattresses, frames, and box springs. I was planning on financing it but they couldn't do financing for the amount I needed for the beds. So I went home, came up with the money, and came back on the 2nd of January with the check. Now mind you, this was a check for over 3 grand. They cashed the check that day, said they would order them, and they were to be delivered on the 12th (had to wait 10 days to have it delivered because they didn't have the beds there). Well, just got a phone call today (alleged delivery day) that they "forgot" to put the beds on the truck from the warehouse so now I have to wait another week to actually have the beds I paid for already. 16 days for two beds?
