China Chef Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Monroe

My first experience back to this place was horrible and I just refused to order somewhere that had terrible customer service however my a friend convinced me I might have gone on a bad day so I revisited China Chef and yes the food was amazing I couldn't believe the customer service I received on the previous day because it definitely didn't match from the day before those two young lady's at the front who serviced me were so kind and polite Tia even helped with my menu selection I can definitely admit that one bad apple doesn't stop the show 😀 I am definitely giving this place a 10 of 10 and will be going back I would also like to mention I shared my plate with 3 kids and one other adult and I still had a great amount for myself and no that wasn't the plan but the food was so delicious I had to tell everyone about it and ofc they all wanted some lol please enjoy this place and remember like I had to that servicing the public isn't always easy and all days aren't great ones but do not allow it to cloud your judgment or vision bc once you try this place you will be...

Before new management it use to be a fair place to dine at now. Now that there is new management it has went down hill fast. They do not do traditional Asian cuisine. Its more like Southern Asian cuisine which is not all that great. Not to mention they do not do pork recipes, makes me believe its management is practice Muslim religion. Thought the fried wings were fresh until i seen one of the cooks handled already fried chicken wings into the grease and without gloves refrying the chicken makes me tough and the fried rice was hard due to it not being fresh $32 for not fresh food is ridiculous this incident occurred 35 minutes ago 02/25/2025 I informed the lady on the phone that the food was mostly eaten and she still insisted I would get refunded got there she seen the plates and called the owner they swore everything was fresh when i know it wasn’t never waste your time...
