Burger King — Restaurant in Monroe

Let me begin by stating that the food here was good, as always. The reason for less than 5 stars was due to 2 separate things. The first thing involved availability of self-serve items. There was no ice, no Dr.Pepper, no Barq's Rootbeer, and no cups for ketchup. The second thing was a group of 9 boys, I estimate that they were between the ages of 10-13. They were all on their feet, very loudly vocal, and shooting balls made of napkins toward a trash can in the corner. The manager should have taken control of the situation, she failed to try. One of the other female employees tried to get them to leave. Some were slowly moving toward the door after an announcement that they would probably leave if the police were called. They did finally leave after a male employee came from the back. Him, they took seriously. We stopped here in the middle of a 18 hour car ride. The cashier who took my order seemed nice enough, but the guy who gave us our food literally only grunted at me. He held my tray and pushed it towards me I tried to verify my order number he slammed my tray on the counter and after checking the screen he just slid the tray across the counter towards me. I asked politely for some condiments for my table and he walked off without saying a word came back and threw them on the tray even after all this I said thank you to which he rolled his eyes and walked away silently. A lot of the drinks where out. And I know it's fast food and you get what you pay for but some of the food was cold. It was just not a good experience. They weren't busy. I went into the Burger King this morning to give me a quick back before I begin my day. I Order the croissants and a sweet tea. The tea literally taste like paint thinner. I tried calling the store to rectify the situation or give them a heads up a warning just in case anyone else ingests the tea. But I heard them speaking in the background saying they couldn't do anything but offer me another tea. And then someone proceeds to hang up the phone I tried calling back several times but no one answers. I did reach out to Burger King's complaint line and file a complaint. But I'm very interested in knowing who owns the store or at least the district manager's information. I will be having the tea tested. As I am not currently feeling well.
