KFC — Restaurant in Monroe

I was totally dissatisfied. Walked in and all the ladies in the front was just standing around, some with hands on hips. Others laying on register. Also when we walked in the store there was some water on the floor by the drink machine. We informed them and they said ok. But clearly they already knew because there was a wet floor sign out. It took our order 15 minutes to get ready and when we started to fix our drinks the water was still there. So we, along with other customers coming in are having to maneuver around the water. We eat and a worker comes out and starts sweeping by our table. Still, no one has touched the water and now it's from the machine/tea area across the floor. Also the potato bowl was half fixed and messy. We exit about 30 minutes later and the water is still there. I was going to search online for the partnering manager name I saw on the door. Not good business cause we had to wait between 30 to 45 minutes to get our order on New Years Eve and they wasn't busy at all. I won't go back there unless they make some major changes. Shouldn't no one have to wait that long when they tell you the chicken will be ready in 16 mins and you go to the window and pay for your order and then they tell you to pull over to the side and they will bring it out to you and then they wait on 7 more cars before you ever get your order.
