Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Monroe

They think people are fools. They serve good hot chicken one time or maybe two then next time it horrible. Why is that ? The chicken is suppose be fresh, the grease should be fresh ,the biscuits should be cooked throughly not you taste the flour in it,the tater tots should be fresh at all times,you don't serve old food nobody . If they want cook the food right give it to people who know how cook and make sure food is devious all time not just whenever . Even though he replaced my order still don't matter when it should been right first time . Then he didn't replace full order . I'm not upset . Fair is fair . It bad to think you spend your hard earned dollars get bad food . It doesn't make no sense . I hope they do better if they don't they going...

Tried to eat at the Churches in West Monroe - that was THE nastiest restaurant I've been to in a long time. Thick black grease stained the exterior sidewalk. The glass on the door was filthy. Right inside the door the walls had distinct drips along the entire length to compliment the large mystery splatters. THe stench of raw sewage underscored everything... So we left and went to the Monroe location drive thru where I was served stone cold strips and luke warm fries with fresh hot biscuits... at least the staff was nice I guess 🤷🏼‍♀️ headed home to toss my food in the oven and contemplate my choices... Got a 20 piece chicken from Church’s chicken for my family and an order of jalapeno peppers. I didn’t receive the jalapeno peppers which happens sometimes. The problem I’m most concerned with is the used biscuits I got from this location. They were cut in half like some one had cut them and decided they didn’t want them anymore. So not only am I out of Jalapeno but I definitely don’t want to eat or let my children eat these biscuits. I was not rude towards them but they were very pushy with an obviously disrespectful tone.
