This was my first experience at this restaurant, and the worst. I went on a Friday morning, and as soon as I walked in, I saw the staff's faces, as if they didn't want any customers coming in. The three women were sitting at one of the tables, and it took them almost five minutes to get up to serve me; they all had terrible tempers. I decided not to take my order and left. I heard some giggles as I left. and this does not end here I decided to give them another chance and return in the afternoon but this time the same people were not there it was a lady and two young women and she was the lady who served me and God from the beginning her horrible behavior is noticeable I ordered a burrito and a quesadilla and I told her I would like to start with the burrito because my mom still hadn't sent me what I wanted in her quesadilla but it was almost there but she reacted in an ugly way she said I'm not, going to start with your quesadilla and I said please the burrito and she kept insisting on the quesadilla, the girl next to her told her to make the burrito and she didn't want to and I could tell she was saying something but I couldn't understand her because she was doing it with her language not that it bothered me that she did it but I could tell it was about me she asked her about herself and she simply smiled, I told her it was better not to take it not if she would do it but she didn't move so she decided not to take my order, the girls apologized but she didn't do it and worse service, I thank the two young women for being...
Read moreIf I could give no star, I would. Because of the horrible customer service. The two older ladies working the front were okay, but the younger girl, her name was Ana (at least that's what the receipt said) was super rude. She acted like I was a problem when I asked questions to confirm if my order was being made correctly, puffing and blowing like I was a problem. When I asked about a condiment, she replied it was extra in a way that I couldn't afford it. Tjat makes me wonder what was it about me that made her give me that reply in that way. I told her she must be having an off day to address her rudeness and disrespect, but Ana did not apologize but continued with her nasty attitude. I was arranging a catering party and we decided on Javi P's since I always door dash with them and the food was good. Not now, though! Terrible treatment and no customer service. Ana will run business off. But maybe they can afford to lose a catering party or two. It's too bad because the food is good and the two older ladies were okay. But it only takes one person to run...
Read moreThey are not clean at all. They walk around touching the freezer doors other things in the restaurant behind the counter all while never changing their gloves. They put the extra meat under the the place where they prepare the food, never any cover over the fresh food. It's just sitting below with no lid. After they've walk around the back where they're preparing the food, open the cooler door and whatever else, keep in mind the same workers in the back that are cooking go in the cooler with no gloves, they're both touching the door handles then she walks right up and never changes her gloves. Gloves holds more contamination than regular hands. I did try speaking to the manager but she simply said they have gloves everywhere. But what's the use if I'm watching you not change the. She said that's the way they work. What a shame. I was coming every day driving very far but now I...
