First off the way the owner treats his employees is very unreasonable & disrespectful. It’s pathetic. I worked here for only 4 days & after I did everything he asked, did everything the way he showed me & tried to make sure everything was perfect to his request & liking , I was then told to leave. Also he said that nothing I did was good enough for his liking. And was also told that hopefully I'm good enough for my next employer… Look I don’t like doing this but I’ve never worked for someone like this ever. I had their fresh boiled crawfish and they were absolutely delicious. They were bigger than any I've had from anywhere else this season and they were seasoned really well. The corn was just okay and a little dry and the potatoes were absolutely disgusting. They cook them separately from the crawfish, so they don't soak up those delicious juices.
