Suisse Haus Food & Spirits — Restaurant in Monroe

I chose Suisse Haus out of all the restaurants in Monroe for my family celebration (Mom’s birthday) because they always have the best pizza, and they did not disappoint. As far as their customer service, I was very disappointed. I called to have it delivered to an area I thought was near (pleasant view nursing home) but was abruptly told no with little desire to have me purchase any pizza from them. When I called back to order I was rushed through my order and basically hung up on like they had no time for me. When I picked up my overly inflated priced pizza I was told I could not have my bakers dozen coupons for the three pizzas I paid for because I had a fourth one that was my free bakers dozen purchase. Dine-in + Delivery.

Stopped in to try a cheese pizza here and had a good experience. I was a bit surprised to find this more restaurant than bar, with great hometown atmosphere and a nice outdoor seating area for good weather. The bartender was delightful and the cat manning the grill chill.

I ordered a cheese pizza as I tend to first time out. I liked the pizza but wasn't crazy about it. I liked it enough to call for delivery a couple weeks later, and I gotta say..add sausage n jalapeno and I got a lively one there! I chowed the whole thing by midnight! We were traveling through after making a truck purchase. We stopped at the cheese store up the road and asked for some recommendations for lunch. They suggested here. Parking was perfect with two big trucks. We were greeted in a very friendly manner and immediately seated. (Was not busy). We ordered the mixed fried appetizer basket and it was perfect.
