Bullquarian Brewhouse — Local services in Monroe

Unfortunately, I can't share in all the glowing reviews. I left this place thinking about the rude owners and lack of respect for their customers. I went to the taphouse during the Cheese Days festival in Monroe. The place was fairly crowded. When I inquired about the lack of a restroom, I was told that there were porta-potties down the street a block away. I asked why their bathroom was blocked and couldn't be used. The owner responded that he didn't want to clean it after everyone used it. Some helpful patrons also offered the porta-potties as a solution. All I can say id "Wow." Quality and passion in the brewing process is the first thing you notice when enjoying a cold tap at Bullquarian. All the brews are excellent but some of my favorites are the sours. I also was not much of an IPA fan until drinking what Ethan had to offer. Atmosphere and service is excellent and when you order food, it's a pleasant surprise when you notice that even the simple menu selection offered, is worth coming for by itself instead of a cheap afterthoughts that you get at at some...

Phenomenal craft brew pub. They have a great selection of on site brewed beers, often with an interesting twist. The tap room is smaller but very welcoming. They do also have some food options and liquor\mixed drink options. I haven't taken the opportunity to try many of the food options, but they have been great.
