Wendy's — Restaurant in Monroe

So follow up I took another star away so it's down to two. And this time it's a failure on customer care all around I get a terrible chicken sandwich it choked me Because there was no chicken inside the breaded crust I took a video of this thing and it looks like a big brown disc It's made of bread crumbs and with a little bit of strings I see of what used to be me 😬 never mind so I tried to contact the store no answer went on to my app went to chat nobody's there Call the 1-800 number they're closed that my friend is a triple play failure

The service just gets worse every time I go here. Honestly if I had anything closer to me I would go but It seems like all fast food places now have taken a strong and ugly dip in customer service. Now I know fast food isn't the best place in the world to work but if you're going to do a job do it and if not stay yourself at home because when I order food for my FAST food restaurant I don't expect to have to pull forward or when I do pull forward I would expect my order to be right but when the person who brings it out throws the food in the window then when I ask if we have straws and the sauce for the nuggets you don't turn and look back at the customer then RUN OFF!!! Now I ask you what you want somebody to do that to you It was bad enough that they forgot an entire part of the order but then to have to pull forward have the person run off while you're talking to them but to turn back and look at the person then run off that's just not right personally Wendy's isn't that good and if they don't get their act together I say everybody should boycott them because any restaurant that gives you that poor customer service doesn't deserve business And that goes for any place the art of customer service is not dying It's being left by lazy people who don't know how to treat others right. If this was an isolated incident I could understand but this isn't the first time that's happened to me at this place so fool me once shame on you, fooled me twice shame on me.

So I made a mobile order and there was no option to change your fries to pub fries so when I got to the window I asked if I could just order all separate order of these pub fries and I quote" I can't take your order here You're going to have to drive around because I don't have a cash register here and I'll have to walk all the way back over to the...

My last 3-4 experiences at this Wendy’s have been terrible. Every time they either make me pull up and wait for my order, or back up and pull back up in the drive thru to reset their timer. Then they always forget something whether it’s fries, sauce, or straws. Last night they forgot my large fry, and gave me my large coke in a togo coffee cup because they were out of regular cups allegedly. That didn’t bother me that much. What bothered me was I ordered two medium Frosty’s and they had the AUDACITY to tell me that this was a medium. Honey that’s a small AT BEST. Definitely won’t be going back. We got here at 12:00 its now 12:27 and I am still waiting for my order . There is an Officer who came in from drive thru that was charged twice for his meal and the Manager is just letting him stand there and wait instead of fixing the problem. There Is 15 people in line on the inside ( not moving ) and a Line all the way around the building to the road on the outside ( not moving ) . All you see Is people driving off and walking out .
