Love this Starbucks, crushed ice is always a winner for me. 5/12 update : I’m so disappointed yesterday on Mother’s Day I went to Starbucks right before heading to Disney to have a happy Mother’s Day with my fam, as usual i stopped by my favorite Starbucks even though this one is out of my way but I’m a sucker for crushed ice, I order my usual order, I get to the window and I asked the the barista (Elijah) if he charged me for my cold foam because when I was ordered I let him know the app said free cold foam this weekend he then told me you didn’t remind me and he seemed upset and I told him I did remind you, then he hands me a tall size drink and told him I ordered a Venti then he hands Me another drink with the name Ann on it and I said politely oh this is not my drink he then raised his voice and said tell me your order then because I’m a good listener and I told him this is not my order at all, and I also told him I didn’t appreciate his attitude and loud voice I then let him know i didn’t want to speak with him anymore a female supervisor came to the window and she was also rude like if I did something wrong when they kept giving me the wrong drink I was super upset and disappointed I don’t understand why people get jobs to be mean and disrespectful to customers it’s crazy! This is basically a drive-thru only Starbucks I drove thru- got two regular coffees-I came back an hour later for my free refills using my Starbucks app when I was denied because the policy at this particular Starbucks is that you can’t get a free refill if you leave the premises -however it’s a drive-thru.
