Just like other locations I’ve visited, the sno cones are delicious 🤤! The inside was clean as well as their patio. With the exception of not having the umbrella ☂️ on the drink they looked just like the picture on the menu. Prices are cheap in my opinion. I saw some complaints about prices but $4.99 for a regular (16oz) and my kids couldn’t even finish them. That’s a bargain. The staff was great as well and even checked on us while sitting on the patio. Only took a few minutes to get all 3 of our sno cones as well. Love that we have one local now. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but I came for the second time and the service was just as terrible as the first time, if not worse. I attempted to go through the drive-thru both time and was waiting for over 5 minutes each time saying hello every minute without an answer. Both times we drove up to the window and were looked at like crazy people. This time there was a car behind us and as we pulled up to the window they were taking the other persons order. The flavors are on point the prices are cheaper than expected and you definitely get your moneys worth. Also the staff is polite and the environment is friendly. They have chairs and tables with umbrellas in front of the store. They’ve done a great job of creating a beach-y vibe right here in Texas. And idk how they did it but the shaved ice is the made with pure maintain water or something it’s so clean and refreshing!
