I didn’t like this place or how slow it was to get a coffee at first. BUT I got so tired of the only 5 drink flavors Starbucks has so started coming back here to try things.
I get a hot golden eagle almost almost daily, it is delicious. It’s good iced in the afternoon too. The iced cocomo is good but very sweet. The iced double torture is amazing, not too sweet and very strong in coffee flavor. Peach iced tea is good. The staff are always friendly and happy to see customers. My dog loves the pup cups and gets excited to go. Some of the staff make very pretty pup cups with crumble on top, so cute.

The only thing I still don’t like is the double line, it isn’t always managed properly and those of us already in the left lane before another person drives up in the right lane should be served first, in the order we were there, not the person that just drove up on the right get to cut the line. If the line is very long I’ll just go home and make coffee because it isn’t the fastest coffee place but some mornings depending on the staff working that day the line is fast and on others I could wait 30-40 min being behind just a few cars. Some morning the golden eagle is barely warm and goes cold before I finish it and some mornings it’s so piping hot I have to ask for it to be double cupped and need to let it cool some before drinking.

My order is quite particular: one extra shot, just one scoop of chocolate milk, and make it extra thick—almost like soft-serve ice cream. This morning, Val was behind the counter, and she took my experience to a whole new level!
From the moment I approached the window, Val greeted me with an infectious smile that set the tone for my entire day. She took my custom order with enthusiasm and assured me it would be just the way I like it. And boy, did she deliver! The drink was divine—every sip was a harmonious blend of flavor and texture, unlike anything I've had before at this location. It's clear that Val takes her craft seriously, and it shows.
What truly stood out, however, was Val's exceptional service. She was attentive, friendly, and incredibly skilled. She even took the time to ask for a review, a testament to how much she values customer feedback.
Val, if you're reading this, you're a rockstar! You've set a new bar for what a Double Torture Freeze should be, and I can't wait for my next visit.
If you're a coffee aficionado—or even if you're not—do yourself a favor and visit this Dutch Bros. Make sure to ask for Val; you're in for a coffee experience that will redefine your...
Read moreThere is a growing trend where tips are being requested upon pre-payment, and rudeness follows suit. Quit demanding tips upon pre-payment! You don’t deserve a tip for working a cash register. Owner, pay your workers more, this is sad.
At 1pm, Monday, May 19th, a young lady was working the window and seemed friendly at first, but her demeanor quickly shifted when she asked me if my preferred tip was ok. I clicked no tip, I hadn’t been served in any capacity.
No one was working the drive through lanes, and no one served us in any way, I was just prepaying. Maybe I’m old school but you don’t ask for tips. Tips are for being served, and good tips are for when service exceeds expectations. I enjoy rewarding a good server or barista and they were neither.
When I clicked “no tip” upon payment, she scrunched her nose at me and gave me a side eyed frown like a peddler would. Then gave me more side-eyed looks as I waited for the drink to be made. The drink was for my wife, or I’d have cancelled and drove away, never to come back.
Tacky and overpriced, further exacerbated by being expected to tip before the drink...
