Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Mont Belvieu

I've gone to the location in mont belvieu texas on eagle drive, a few times month's apart and every single time there's an issue. I will NO LONGER GO TO THIS LOCATION! I called in an order on Sunday 11-24-24 telling the young man I wanted a large pizza with everything on it, he repeated large supreme,, I said yes large pizza with everything loaded I want everything. Then I asked for a personal pan pizza with everything except for olives and mushrooms. I don't know what the problem was, he kept saying so what do you want on personal pan, again I said everything but olives and mushrooms. This went on for a few minutes. So I told him never mind. Just give me the large pizza with everything loaded. So I go to pickup my pizza and there's hardly any toppings on it with the one's that were put on it. I asked the lady checking me out this is a large with all toppings on it? She said this is a supreme, she said if you want everything you need to ask for Super Supreme. What the hell if I call and tell you I want a pizza with everything fully loaded, shouldn't you tell me what pizza it is. So she told the guy to add the missing toppings and run it through the cooker again, he added about 6 pieces of age topping which was ham and black olives, when I questioned him about the toppings he said that was all of them. I guess now days expectations shouldn't be so high on anything, Customer service,, quality of food and amount of food receive. One thing is for sure you will PAY for what you DON'T RECEIVE! Kindness, good with proper amounts food that you pay for. Remember you chose the job, no one forced you to work at this establishment and you need to learn what your job is and what's required for it. Well I ordered a carry out order. I went to pick it up and it said on the screen by my name that it was ready. I was told they would be right with me. They didn’t ask my name or anything. I was just told to wait so I did. Waited 5-10 mins or so then a young woman walked in and was helped immediately while I am still standing there. I waited while they raced around to get all her order together after I had been ignored. Finally after they finished and she left they said oh ma’am are you picking up? I felt like I was there before the other person and had waited so I should have been helped before her. A little customer service goes a long way. My husband place an order for 2 large pizzas at 5.99 each. That is a really good deal. We opted to have it delivered. My husband had it on speaker phone and the lady told him the order was gonna be approximately $21.00. That didnt seem right. . All we ordered was the two pizzas. We asked why it was $21.00 when all we ordered was 2 pizzas. Turns out the delivery charge was a little more than $8.00. Mind you, I live 4 miles away from their store.
