Feb. 6,2023 still the same way i have been hitting the happy hour up so we all know thats night shift and not one has my drink came out right eith wrong drink or wrong size how can you mix up a 44oz the either give me small or medium every time and this has been back to back going....the night shift manager either needs fired or get his crew together ..................If you go to Mont Belvieu Sonic make sure it's during day shift. Night shift over charges, mess your order up by wrong food or by not putting enough stuff or any extra that you ask for but the sure do charge for it...been like this since they opened and nothing has...

I do not care for this location. I sat for 10 minutes just a little while ago waiting on a single route 44 Tea. One that I had pre-ordered on the mobile app 7 minutes before I arrived. It took them an additional 10 minutes beyond that. Usually stop by here in the afternoons for mozzarella sticks, this is the only location I have ever met that whenever the outside of them is cooked properly the inside will be burnt rubber with no cheese left inside. Slow, cooks need better training, how do you get a mobile order wrong? It's literally right in front of your face I didn't...

1st time we've ever been to this location. The people were okay, but I'm not convinced they love life, or their job. Honestly, the food was gross. The WackyPack corn dog was overcooked. Extremely over cooked. My son thought he was being pranked when he attempted to bite into a hard, almost petrified corndog. We also ordered a #12 Combo. The chicken was extremely dry.. I flagged down an employee and began to demonstrate the dryness. So naturally, I squeezed it as hard as I possibly could, and it broke into dust crumbs. The amazement in both our faces...
