Subway — Restaurant in Montague

Went in and ordered a veggie sandwich like I normally do. The worker put about four slices of red onion when I asked for it and I asked her for more than that. She said “I don’t have a lot of sliced red onion done” but it was a full container and to add I didn’t get there during prep time. Everytime I asked for a different veggie to be added she would try to short me. When we got to olives she barely sprinkled any on and I explained that was essentially the meat of my sandwich (I don’t care if you find this gross, it’s have it your way and I was) she told me she wasn’t supposed to give me more and I reiterated that I ordered a veggie sandwich. At this point my sandwich looked like a piece of bread with lettuce and barely any other veggies. We got the solid impression that they didn’t want to have to prep more veggies for the day so they were purposely limiting me. I wasn’t asking for an overloaded sandwich but more than 3-4 slices of red onion, 4 cucumber slices, tomato, etc. She was even stingy with the mayo. This has never happened before at any other subway but Turner’s really doesn’t want you to have much in your sandwich. I won’t be coming here again unless they start to change...

Very poor job. I went in and immediately both employees ran to the back. When taking my order the guy was constantly laughing to himself and made me have to repeat my order many times. Then the lady that finished my order didn't listen when I told her the veggies, i also ended up with mayo instead of oil and vinegar. When we got to the end to be cashed out she made us wait 5 minutes while she sat there and kept looking over to her co worker and giggling. She then did a cash drop while we continued to wait. After putting the money in the safe she comes over and puts the food into a bag and pushes it towards us without cashing us out. I walked into subway today and there was this blond older woman there. I went to go get a sandwich and she just acted like I wasn't even there. I asked the worked and apparently she was the owner. She never said a word to me and when the other workers were busy, she just talked bad about other employees. That shouldn't be a way to run a business and I feel bad that all the workers there are treated like that. If someone owns a business you should at least have a smile on your face, there was no emotion, no people skills, she just seemed to like to gossip more than...
