Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Montclair

This has been an ongoing experience with the same worker. She is an older women with gray hair and attitude. Typically works like night shift. This is an on going occurrence where she NEVER asks for what sauces we want. She gives us a bunch of hot sauces when i don’t ask for that gives me ranch when i don’t ask for that when i say what sauce i want she makes a deal and rolls her eyes. The girl with red hair took my order and she was the nicest! I came to the window and that old gray haired lady was being very rude and shoved my food in the bags and just throw random sauces without asking me. I told her that she always does this and she was being rude to me and the customer behind me on the drive thru speaker because she was literally yelling in a hostile voice to them that i could even hear. I told her she gave me random sauces and didn’t ask me what i wanted and that next time she could ask me what i want. she made a face at me like a disgusted face and i told her if you don’t like this job then quit and she told me to never go back again like girl everyone there gives me the best service but she’s the one who’s constantly being rude and aggressive for no reason. Last time we asked for bbq sauce because she just gave us ketchup and hot sauce that WE DID NOT ASK FOR!!! and never came back to the window we waited for 10 min and never came so we drove off literally spent $30 for food just for it to be shoved and crammed with sauces that i didn’t even ask for. I understand people have bad days but CONSTANTLY? this is not my first time dealing with her rudeness at the window . She could just simply ask the customer if we want a sauce of choice without making it a big deal ? Like everyone else there is nice and polite but she makes it hard to just ask for sauce… it really isn’t hard to ask the customer what we want instead of giving handful of packets of ketchup and hot sauce and being rude when i speak up about an ONGOING SITUATION so please yall whoever is her hire up speak to this older women who had gray hair usually works...

THIS PLACE HAS TURNED INTO A JOKE!! I HAVE NO RESPECT FOR ANYONE WHO WORKS HERE ANYMORE. AND THE EMPLOYEE'S ABILITY TO SEE INSIDE THE RESTROOM IS ENOUGH FOR ME TO PUT THIS PLACE ON MY OWN PERSONAL 'BLACKLIST'. THEY STARTED POLICING THE BATHROOM FOR SOME REASON AND IN THE PROCESS HAVE MANAGED TO MAKE ME HATE JACK IN THE BOX MORE AND MORE EVERYDAY. I ASKED FOR THE BATHROOM KEY(it has a lock now,after like 15+ years) AND WAS TOLD IT WAS "FOR CUSTOMERS". Came to drive through to order, started ordering than the guy taking my order said hold on a minute I said sure ok and I waited 2 -3 minutes total and finally said hello are you ready to take our order? He said “does it look like I’m ready to take your order” then I thought he was joking because the way he said it, so I said man you shouldn’t be working at jack in the box you should be a famous comedian as a complement, he said you know what your order is canceled and when I got to the window I asked him why is my order getting canceled for he wouldn’t open the window or talk to me I was trying to talk to the manager, very...
