Starbucks — Restaurant in Montclair

I have been going here for a long time but after what happened today they lost their selves a customer. I came in here yesterday and today with a 100 dollar bill and they said “We don’t have change” now I understand because sometime you just don’t have enough change but still I got pretty annoyed because I didn’t see any sign saying “No 100 dollar bills” or something like that and they specifically said we don’t accept 100 dollar bills so what?? How was I supposed to know?? Then when the lady who was attending us asked her manager just to make sure they didn’t have change and she talking to us in Spanish but the manager said “I don’t speak Spanish” and he wasn’t even going to talk to us but we know English too so that was lucky but still honestly he wouldn’t have even talked to us if we hadn’t know English they had bad service and I’m never coming here ever again. I have been going to this location daily, for 5 months. Not by choice ( there are no others near my office). With orders of food you have to beg for a napkin since the staff have no concept that you might need a napkin with a pastry or panini sandwich??? I just left this location a moment ago and the redhead with tattoos ignored me and walked away when I asked for a napkin? Lousy service, lazy employees. Even on the receipt their cannot even print the correct street name. Instead of Holt Blvd. Instead, your receipt shows Hold Blvd???? These employees act like they are doing you a favor. They are fast food employees with entitlement issues! They do not realize that without customers they would have no job!!!Cannot fix stupid!! I visit starbucks all over the country with my travels and this is by far the worst on every level!! I would recommend you drive a bit further to a nicer location...

I've been going to this starbucks damn near religiously. Atleast 2 or 3 times a week for almost since it 1st opened. Never had a bad experience. I'm always welcomed like it's my home. Shout out to Liz, Ulysses, Kristal, Anthony & the whole starbucks crew. Bridgit was another one idk if she works there anymore she was such a joy 💖. It's well kept & clean in & out.
