this company does not follow their own guidelines, which explicitly states that they make their products with aesthetics in mind. They made an over they made an over $300 order look absolutely horrible, With literally no common sense in mind when engraving. Their website claims that professional engraver make your products to look at the most presentable, but they did the complete opposite and ours looks horrible. They were extremely unhelpful despite us attempting to work with them on multiple occasions to fix the poor product. We paid $80 for expedited shipping because we were in a rush due to the nature of the work we do. And to add insult to injury, they offered us 10% off another order after the gift was already needed for a retirement party, and their website was also offering 10% off so they’re completely messing with us. I just ordered 43 awards from crystalplus who I found through Google. The only reason I am giving them 2 stars is because they are responsive with emails. I sent them the list of 43 awards in THEIR excel template, with the message being different on many of them. My report was correct to them. They messed up the message on 75% of the awards. They said they would resend 25% at no cost and that they would charge me half the price to fix the others. They said it was my responsibility to proof their human errors. Maybe it was a one-off human error? I will never know because I will not be ordering...

I am giving them a second star because the customer service was friendly and responsive, but the quality of the artist's work on my purchase was terrible in the proofs and I had to cancel my order before production, resulting in a $30 "processing fee". I spent $30 for really low quality proofs, and will now have to turn around and purchase this product elsewhere....
