Taco Bell — Restaurant in Montclair

I had the misfortune of having to pick up an order here for Uber Eats. Once I told one of the workers who were preparing food inside that I was an Uber Eats driver I was immediately met with a smart remark like,"Uber Eats. Aren't you supposed to wear a hat or uniform." I patiently forbore that. I did not get the worker's name but he has poor posture and wears his hair very curly with a slight and very wispy goatee. In any case, I showed I much I disliked how rude he was after I told him the customer's name. The curly-haired worker tried to joke around but I made sure to be very harsh and serious. Apparently the worker had no idea how to pronounce the name or was again trying his hand at having fun instead of just working and taking things seriously. I asked him if HE WAS OKAY and taught him how to pronounce RAVI very slowly. Well, the curly-haired, poorly-postured Taco Bell worker was beside himself as I chewed him out and he just went about his business. Another co-worker made sure to signal his approval to me. As his final power move, he tried handing me the poorly sealed Taco Bell bag but I told him firmly to just leave on the counter top once and then TWICE very loudly. He tried to cover his butt by saying a very insincere HAVE A NICE DAY and I took my delivery without one word needing to be said to such a pathetic cretin and lowlife. Who is the manager here? There has to be something done to chase out garbage like him and others who stand around and harass people like he does. Until then this Taco Bell is nothing but a pig sty to be avoided by any...

I went around 5pm April 2nd 2022 David was the manager at that time there were six employees at the time and only one was working and the rest were talking about their personal life and just standing around and ignoring the customers two customers were already returning with their stuff and complaining and nobody cared to put attention to them and when I complained about my two hard shell tacos they said oh my God she said it's cold and she said they're hard and they started laughing I didn't see anything funny about that cuz I paid a lot of money to get trash food. Also they got a B rating if I would have seen that before walking in and all the reviews and complaints I probably shouldn't have order anything. So no I don't recommend doesn't matter how many staff members they change and stuff doesn't look like the owners doing anything to change and save his restaurant bad super bad customer service and...

This is by far the worst Taco Bell location I've been to, and let it be known that Taco Bell is my favorite fast food chain, so I've been to way more than your average person. This location will get your order wrong every single time. Never fails for me. If you order a chicken soft taco, they'll give you a hard taco...just because. They also frequently are out of what I would think are very basic items like black beans, or cheese, or nachos, and it's pretty common for them to not have a new item that you see commercials about. I'd imagine this maybe being a thing if this location was in the middle of nowhere, but we are smackdab in the middle of SoCal. The birthplace of Taco Bell!! Unacceptable. Oh also, I was once told that since they had someone call out, they are only allowing people to order a max of 3 items. Unreal. This place needs new management....
