My wife and I have been regulars for little over a year. The food is very good there and prices are very reasonable. In the past few visits, their primary server (who serves 95% of everyone who goes for dine in) has been less than friendly and is not very attentive. Last night it started with him seeing us at the entry way (they were moderately busy). Usually we are directed to sit from afar at any open table. We were made to wait until another family of four walked in about 7 minutes after we arrived. Once seated, we waited another 10 - 12 minutes in our booths without menus. When menu were delivered, the we plopped (and I do mean plopped) on our table without anything being said to us which our wife and I found odd. We ordered several appetizers and soup. We ate all of our food except the soup which had several servings remaining and asked to take it home. It was taken away and roughly half was brought back, another oddity for this visit. The server was engaged with some of the other parties but not all. The server took the order of others who sat after we did before ours. When our meal was complete, we waited more than ten minutes to receive the bill despite making eye contact and me making a signature gesture to let him know we were ready for the bill. We were ignored until we asked another employee who was handling online / phone orders. We waited for our change to be brought back to us. Basically, if you want some good food have have a lot of time, this place is for you.
Update: Google didn't put down my star ratings, so here they are: Overall: 1/5 Food: 4/5 Service:...
Read moreSzechuwan Garden has been my go to place for food delivery for years. The gentleman that delivers the food is very sweet and polite, my husband loves talking to him when he delivers our food. He's always early on his deliveries or on time, but never late, all this years ordering from them and I've never had a late delivery. You can order online or on the phone, sometimes I order lunch but mostly dinner. The plates are big and always full to the top, I usually order the special because includes salad, egg roll and soup. My favorite is anything shrimp but if I have to pick one I think mine is shrimp in lobster sauce, my husband likes chicken, his favorite is chicken walnut. The food always arrives super hot never cold, not even in this type of weather. The walnut shrimp has approximately 10 shrimps, carrots and some other vegetable that I have no idea what it is but it taste good kind like zucchini; the lobster sauce flavor is really good, it also has a little bit of egg. If you really like shrimp in lobster sauce, try this one, you won't be disappointed, other reviewers say the same thing. If you like this type of food, try Szechuwan Garden, you won't be disappointed, either order online o visit they're restaurant. Thank you Szechuwan for all the great food....
Read moreSo, the location looks as though covid happened and then when we went inside, the man who greeted us basically pointed to table and said, THERE!! I then ask my husband, where? We just head towards a table that had dishes on it because that was the only one like that lol. The server was everywhere and would come to us from time to time. We ordererd Pink lemonade because I wanted to try their Thai tea but no plant based milks, which is always a bummer, and to make that part worse, the lemonade had no flavor and was watered down. We explained to the server, she said, she thought it didn't seem right, so she brought us a fresh glass... That was only slightly better, after that, I no longer drank anymore. We ended up ordering vegetable chow-fun with added fried tofu, vegan chickn and broccoli and my husband ordered chicken fried rice. I will say with all honesty, the food was truly fabulous, we both were shocked. I would say that if I were to ever eat here again, I would order take out because the service and drinks...
