The SandBar & Grill — Restaurant in Montclair

It's sort of a dive bar. They have four pool tables, and a shuffle board table, both of which are free. You can rent pool cues for a buck, or bring your own. They have an internet jukebox, and the music is played throughout the bar. The bar area is pretty small, and there are usually only one or two bartenders, so sometimes it takes a bit to get your beer. Pitchers are reasonable, I ordered two pitchers for $22. It is a nice little dive bar, located on the border between Montclair and Upland. I have been here several times, when I was in the area. The ambiance inside is quite friendly, from what I remember. The staff, at the same time, is also welcoming. There is a good amount of beer and other liquors to choose from. At the same time, they are fairly priced. Absolutely love this spot and will be coming back. Met up with a friend for happy hour and it is the cutest little pub that's ideal for a first date, a quaint catch up sesh, or a quick drink stop before dinner.
