I recently came here to trade in a bunch of DVDs and these people were great. They didn't take everything as I understand some stuff is not worth taking in if they can't sell it or have an overstock of it but the process they have for trade ins was great, painless and they give a really fair price(cash or store credit) for what I brought in. I will say that they take a while as it seems they get a lot of trade ins(my experience , about an hour each time) but they will just call you and you can go back at your own leisure, I appreciated that since I went 3 separate days while moving.
