Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Montebello

On yelp this location has a 1.5 star review. This place has a 1.5 star rating for a reason. A well earned one at that. Why in the hell go to work if you can't pay attention well enough to put a simple, unmodified food order together correctly. Over the past 2 years I have visited this location about once a month, and not ever have I gotten my order correct, or if it is right the food has been terribly stale at night. Today is no different after not having been here for at least 4 months, they couldn't get our order right and the salad wasn't even what it is supposed ti be. Instead of an ultimate cheeseburger they gave me one of those disgusting cheeseburger deluxe on those terrible, rubbery artisan buns. We also ordered a grilled chicken salad and it not only didn't have any tomatoes as they're supposed to, but instead of the sliced chunks of grilled white meat like all the other locations I get this salad from, theirs had some awful looking flat, seasoned, orange chicken filet piece of meat. Just a big, flat piece of orange chicken meat, possibly thigh. This location should be closed down or a new owner should take it over since they clearly can't manage to have employees or food that meets the bare minimum standard. If you can't do your simple job correctly, don't sit on the clock to collect a check while you screw with my food that I'm paying money for. I hate this location, it's never been good in the past decade. Most every fast food place in this city are disgusting. They can't close this location...

Lately, I've been stopping in here before class. And every time I have, I've noticed how slow the service in. And sometimes you do not get greeted right away (or in a friendly tone). Today I came in as I would normally before heading to class. But I decided to sit in and take my time with how tired I am (running on about 2 1/2 hrs of sleep due to work and needing to be at school in a certain amount of time). With that being said, I finished my food and decided I wanted to allow myself to digest a bit before going to class. But I ended up falling alseep accidentally for about half an hr. At some point one of the girls (not sure if it was one of the two cooks or the cashier) ends up yelling over the counter that I couldn't be sleeping there. (I understand why I couldn't be sleeping/resting there) It just personally made me very uncomfortable because of how she went about it and because there were at least 5 other customers in the dinner when this happened. Food was great... Thumbs up for the cook.... Whomever it was..... But guy taking order in drive-thru kept asking "anything else guys?" even though it was only me placing the order And not a guy!!! I can let him slide in regards to calling me a guy because I do have a bad cough.... Then when I get to the window.... His cell phone rings and he picks up call and starts talking to his buddy with no regards to customers or other employees that ended up giving me my order.
