I can’t believe they made me fix my own iced coffee ☹️ Phone order was so simple: Iced brown sugar oatmeal shaken espresso
The coffee was bitter. They for sure forgot to add the syrup and I nicely asked if they could fix or remake it for me but instead they handed me a little cup with syrup and they said “we use 2 pumps but I’m giving you 4 so you can adjust it” and I told them “can you just give me the right amount so it tastes the same please?” And he didn’t say anything and just turned around and went to go grab another cup and gave me the 2 pumps of syrup I added it to my coffee and it was still not tasting the same (probably because it needed the actual shake that they do or I don’t know what it was) But this made me so mad on this Beautiful sunny Friday. All I wanted was my usual delicious iced coffee to start my day and instead I got a bitter coffee and bad experience from this location where they’re always very welcoming and nice to me I was hesitant of writing this because I’m scared for my future phone orders but management needs to have a talk with the employees I know they were really busy and they probably didn’t want to waste time with my order but that’s the reason why I order ahead so I can just go in and grab my coffee
And I know people always tries to get free drinks by complaining of a “wrong order” or “the coffee doesn’t taste good” But the only time they had to remake my order, I left the other drink and they threw it away so no, I don’t do...
Read moreToday I mobile ordered. When I get in the drive thru to pick up my coffee they tell me they don't have the ingredients to make it. This is the third time since they open that this happens. The girl tells me their orders only come in on Tuesday's. She offers me a "next drink on us" card...i tell her I don't want a THIRD card...i want to be able to order my drink any day of the week. When I meet her at the window...she hands me the card and apologizes, but proceeds to tell me "so just as I said earlier, we don't get our supplies in until Tuesday". Hmmmmm....did she really just politely tell me not to come back until after Tuesday? What kind of customer service is that? I will not be risking ordering things via mobile if they can't even update on there. They definitely need more training and hire someone who knows how much to order for it to last...
Read moreWe come to this store pretty often because it’s the closest one to our house. They never get any drinks right. It’s super frustrating, we almost always have to send them back. On top of that, they intentionally over charge. Probably to pad their tip jar. Last time we went, we asked for a short cup of whipped cream (puppaccino) fo our dog. I know for a fact that it’s Starbucks policy that those are complimentary, however they tried to charge us an additional 50 cents. They’re greedy, dishonest, and their management is incredibly rude. I can only assume they intended on putting the extra 50 cents in their top jar. Outrageous because I always tip at least $1 per drink purchased. I’ll go out of my way to find a different Starbucks...
