Panda Express — Restaurant in Montebello

To start off. The food isn’t that bad but you know what is? The cashier named Lily. She had the most disgusting attitude I have ever seen. Does this girl even know what customer service is? I accidentally grabbed the wrong change during my transaction and she very rudely screamed at me. I let her know it was a mistake and she held onto her attitude some more. After some exchange of words, she tried to snatch my food AFTER I had already paid for it. The level of disrespect this employee had was through the roof. She should be fired immediately....

Everyone loves Chinese take out and Panda Express has made a booming restaurant chain from it. I've visited many mom and pop independent Chinese take out places, but you never get the quality and consistency that you do from Panda. The spot at the Montebello mall is very good. They are aided by the fact that they are always busy and they move the food out if the warming trays as fast as they can fill them. The Montebello mall has no shortage of terrible and tasty options to fill your gut, but you can always count on...

bad service and also they delete my review because they know they given me a bad service 1st time and last time i pay for two entries and steam rice when it looks like a bowl and the food is not great for the price waste of money but where was the manager at shaking my head and i had to throw my food away because it didn't taste good at all but the point is the service at a family place to go i gave a 1 star because i cannot leave it blank but if it was up to me it would be zero for the food...
