GREEN CRUSH — Restaurant in Montebello

Always enjoy a green crush agua fresca. This time we got the more expensive one with the mango and chamoy. I think they're $12 each if I remember correctly. Expensive, but kind of on par with most mall food and drinks.

I would say you gotta stay on top of the amount of ice they put in their drinks though. I like ice as much as the next person, but after 2-3 gulps the drink is finished. Even my mom who is a slow sipper finished her drink way too fast. Literally there was ice from bottom to top when we finished our drinks.

I had forgotten to say light ice, so there's a tip every one if you don't want more I e than drink. Especially if you're paying $7+...

Greedy bastards trying to make extra dollars and take advantage of its customers during the holidays. I always stop by to get a watermelon drink. Usually it’s available at the normal price but on this occasion, because it was the Saturday of Christmas, watermelon drinks were reserved only for those who purchased the more expensive picante drink option. Watermelon is the only flavor I enjoy and I was outraged by the fact that I had to pay extra for a drink that is available any other day of the week. Green Crush needs to re-evaluate...

Huge line so it must be good right? Heck yeah it was worth it

The wait wasn't even that bad. From ordering the drink at the counter to getting the drink I waited less than 10 minutes.

I went with what I thought would be refreshing - 32oz Watermelon crush juice ($4.50). I don't know what goes into this thing or want to know how much sugar is added but I'll say my taste buds and brain were pleased. Overall no complaints and I would get this again...
