Sansei Japan — Restaurant in Montebello

I went up politely and asked for a small sample of their chicken/sauce. Almost every "japanese" food court places in malls hand out samples. He had this irritated look on his face and said no, no samples. So, I chose to walk away and take my business elsewhere. Even the Korean restaurant in the mall was handing out samples. The other japan places that I have sampled end up getting my business. So they're just losing out on business by not and two with their customer service.
