I don’t usually write reviews, but I had such an outstanding experience at Jamba Juice that I had to take a moment to give a shoutout to two incredible team members — Payton Vong and Eric Lara. From the moment I walked in, both of them made me feel genuinely welcomed and valued as a customer.

Payton was the first to greet me with a warm and upbeat attitude that immediately brightened my day. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and took the time to answer my questions and help me customize my smoothie to fit what I was looking for. He offered thoughtful suggestions and was patient and kind throughout the whole process, which made it clear that He truly cares about the customer experience.

Eric was just as impressive — his speed and precision behind the counter were top-notch. He was focused and efficient but never rushed, and you could tell he takes pride in the quality of his work. My smoothie was blended perfectly, with the exact consistency and flavor balance I hoped for. On top of that, he checked in with a friendly smile when handing it over, making sure everything was just right.

It’s rare to see such great teamwork and positivity in a fast-paced setting like this. Payton and Eric clearly work well together, creating a welcoming and smooth-running environment that reflects the best of what Jamba Juice has to offer. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and friendly service made my visit not just a quick stop for a smoothie, but a genuinely uplifting experience.

I went in for my first time today. I asked about the registration advertised at the desk and was directed to the website. I stood aside to sign up on my phone, and when ready approached the same person at the till. I ordered a smoothie, and after receiving a receipt I asked how to associate the receipt with my new account. I was told "for future reference," to make sure to punch in my phone number on this tiny touch screen next to the till to make sure my purchase is credited to my account. How was I supposed to know that? This was really rude since they were the one to forward me to sign up and knew I had never done it before, then just plowed through payment and didn't even offer to refund the purchase and ring it up again with a credit to my account! Please avoid this place at all cost. I brought my family for some smoothies and acai bowls, the first thing that the employee says is, "We don't have bowls there is no fruit". My wife had to settled for a smoothie that was not her first choice. After being here waiting for over 35 minutes for a smoothie the same employee starts making acai bowls for another order. What kind of service do they provide? Do they pick and choose what to serve or there are specific items to certain people. What a disappointment. If you want to waist your time and have an awful experience choose this place.
