I gave this location 5 stars a few months ago. Nothing about what made this location great has changed. Nice employees, good tasting breakfast food, and well-made drinks. Well, most of the drinks are made well. I donât know what it is about the inconsistency with the quality of the matcha lattes at not just this location but across all Starbucks chains. One day youâll get a creamy matcha latte with a nice dark green color and rich milky foam at the top. Another day youâll get something like whatâs in the two photosâa light barf color with clumps of unmixed matcha powder floating around and at the bottom of the drink. Today, my 6 dollar drink tasted like watered down milk with barely any taste of matcha and zero sweetener. I thought this wouldnât happen anymore because of the recipe change but itâs clearly not the recipe issue. Only a handful of employees across all Starbucks locations know how to properly make the drink. You can tell when itâs made with care versus when itâs made in a rush to satisfy the drive thru time requirement. Itâs a training issue and management not caring for the most of it. Too much milk, not enough matcha, and way too much ice when I specifically ask for light ice. If I ever get handed another barf toned matcha drink, I will just hand it back and ask for a refund. I know itâs going to taste bad based on its appearance, and I wonât ask to have it remade because the employee who made it clearly doesnât know how to make it right...
   Read moreToday around 12:40PM I went to the drive thru to pick up my mobile order. I said I was here for my mobile order. The barista first off could not hear me even though I was speaking very clear and loud. Then, she was extremely rude saying I had to go back in the drive thru to get my mobile order since they didnât have it ready yet. So instead of completing my mobile order, or apologizing, she had me go back around and wait again because she couldnât make my order at that time even though I ordered way ahead of time. The whole point of a pickup is to pick it up on time, not wait 30 minutes and receive my order way after everyone else. Her attitude was horrible. People like her should not be working in a service area. For anyone coming to this Starbucks, save your money and go to another one. Extremely disappointed. Never coming back. I will let as many people as I know to not come to this location. I asked the manager for her name and he was extremely unhelpful. He refused to give it to me. One of the worst...
   Read moreWarning: Donât try to study here too late! I went here later in the evening to get some studying done since I saw it closed at 1030pm. I walked to the window and the woman was really nice and even went the extra mile to help me out. I felt like I was polite too, so Iâm not sure why the clock hit 10 pm and all the lights shut off without warning while I was studying. I even tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and thought I had gotten the closing time wrong and just forgot so I packed up in the dark and walked back to my car.
