Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Montgomery

If I could give this place a negative (0 star) review I would. This place did better when it was closed. Customer service here is absolutely HORRIBLE! On more than one occasion I have dealt with rude staff. Each time I say I'm never coming back but end up doing so because this one is closest to me but after tonight I'm done! No one was in line tonight but the girl RUDELY told me to "hold on"... so I just sat... and sat... and sat... and SAT... until I finally had to speak up and ask was she going to take my order she then came back over the speaker to say "Well we won't have anymore chicken unless you wait 15 minutes!" Are you serious?! Could you not have said something while you had me just sitting here all that long time?!! There has been a time before where at 9 they informed me they were out of chicken... really? You close at 10 but you out of chicken? I'm so over this location. They should have kept this one closed. Church's you have fallen behind in the customer service spectrum...McDonald's Chick Fil A EVERYBODY is trying better but this franchise is garbage! At least most of the Montgomery stores... you guys need to do pop up mystery customers or something and see...

Don't waste your time or money . If you plan to , please do at least 2 hours before closing because God forbid that you "work or get to choose when you want to eat it" and it be an hour or so before closing time at 9pm... You are treated like a total scum and given customer service that I'm sure death row inmates have a better story about . They don't give you the option of eating anything more than what is left--won't cook anything fresh and get mad that you want something that they don't have on the line already . They don't have any kind of respect for the customer . Who does these interviews these days ?? They are the kind of workers whose faces show that they are just their for the paycheck. We all work for a paycheck so I'm not knocking that but don't treat the people who guarantee "job security "'like dirt . When I first arrived I was the only customer inside. 2 female employees were behind the counter. No one greeted me or said a word. One of them was wiping things the other was walking around working a customer at the drive thru. There is no excuse in not speaking to your customer and acknowledging that they are there. When one of then finally walks up to me, she literally stood there and looked at me. No Hi can I help you nothing. Everytime I have went in there it is always like that. I myself work at a fuel station. I have worked with the public for over 30 years. I would never act that way to my customers. She also said a word of profanity to the cook in the back as they were talking. Someone definitely needs to make some changes in that store. Your competition is right next door. KFC.
